Place the chicken in a cooking dish and cook it for 5 minutes until it changes colour. Add the lemon juice and the vinegar and let it cook until the juices gets reduced. Add green chilli, ginger, salt and black pepper and cook for a further 10 minutes.
In a seperate pan heat up the oil until it gets very hot, now add the oil to the chicken now let the chicken cook for 5 min and its ready.
Serve with plain white rice or pitta bread and green leafy salad.
