My parents love fish so my mum liked to cook this for my family.
Cut salmon fillet into 2 peices. Marinate salmon fillet in lemon juice, garlice sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper for 30minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry marinated salmon fillet 5 minutes on each side.
Sizzle in the sliced mushrooms and the marinate. Leave to cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with spring onions. Serve with freshly steam rice.
Fresh trout fillets can also be used.
