Lemon and lime syllabub HERO

Mix together the half fat crème fraîche, sugar, lemon and lime zest and juice.

In a bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold into the crème fraîche mixture. Divide between four bowls and chill for 4 hours. Serve with a little extra lemon and lime zest.
