Lemon curd and honey pots recipe

With a dollop of nature's nectar, mixed with crème fraîche and tangy lemon curd - these beautiful puds are a refreshing citrus delight.

Warm the honey in a large bowl in a microwave for 15 seconds. Add the lemon curd and crème fraîche (or 0% Greek yogurt if using) and stir until well combined.

Loosen with the orange juice and pour into 4 small pots or glasses. Place in the fridge to set slightly. Serve chilled.
