Warm the honey in a large bowl in a microwave for 15 seconds. Add the lemon curd and crème fraîche (or 0% Greek yogurt if using) and stir until well combined.
Loosen with the orange juice and pour into 4 small pots or glasses. Place in the fridge to set slightly. Serve chilled.
