A dessert that is ready in less than half an hour and require's no cooking. easy inexpensive and yummy

Melt the butter and mix into crushed digestive biscuits, mix together with pinch cinnamon and pinch nutmeg, press down and line a dish making a base for cream, fridge for 10 mins.

meanwhile mix this yummy lemon curd with mascapone cheese together . fill biscuit base with cream mixture back to fridge .......

chop strawberries up and add sugar and a tiny drop of water, boil and simmer 5 mins to make a surupy strawberry mix, cover lemon cream with cooled strawberry mix

replace lemon cud with marmalade , alter to preferred taste..bases can be made in advance and froze.
