edinburgh bar man of many years!

Put vodka, lemoncello, gomme, apple puree and orange bitters in a shaker. Shake and then double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Top the drink with vanilla foam, then sprinkle cinnamon over the top while blow torching the top of the foam. BOOM!

  • 10ml Cinnamon Gomma
  • 12.5ml Apple Puree
  • dash Orange Bitters
  • 35ml Vanilla Foam
  • 5 grams Cinnamon
