Grease a swiss roll tin.
Melt the butter and add the milk, digestives, coconut and lemon rind, mix well.
Press into the tin and leave to cool and set.
Mix together the icing sugar, melted butter and lemon juice, mix well.
Pour the icing over the base and if you like sprinkle with a wee bit of extra coconut, leave to set.
Cut into small squares to serve.
Best made the day before and left in the tin overnight to set well.
