My mother used to make this drink for myself and my two sisters, back in the 60‘s. Not too sure about raw egg these days, I have hens so happily use them but if in doubt, you can leave the egg out.
There is NO cooking but your system doesn‘t allow for that so put smallest time available.
Chop the lemon into chunks (no need to peel but take pips out if you see them). Place all ingredients, including the raw egg, into a food processor and liquidise for a few seconds. Pour into a jug with a sprig of mint and a few more ice cubes.
The egg can be left out if worried about using a raw egg or for anyone suffering an allergy.
