I am on the Weight Watcher pro points plan and make this dessert often, it really satisfies the dessert craving and you can substitute the yoghurt for extra thick cream for guests or those who don‘t need the low calorie version
simply put all the berries into a bowl, break up the meringue nest and add to the bowl, pour over the yoghurt and gently mix. Serve with a split strawberry and blackberry on top
