Preheat oven to 375 and lightly spray muffin pan. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and soda together in large bowl. In small bowl blend egg, sugar, 3/4 cup yogurt and applesauce. Gently fold wet ingredients into dry and mix only til moist. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin pans 1/3 full and then add 1 tsp or so of the remaining yogurt. Top with more muffin mixture to 2/3 full. Bake for about 20 minutes or until done. Makes about 20 regular size muffins.
