Low fat free from rice noodle rolls recipe

Low fat free from rice noodle rolls

Mix the free from rice flour, water, half of the sesame oil and salt.

Scoop up a ladle of the mixture into a microwavable container (16x21cm). This will gives a thin layer of mixture at the base of the container.

Cover and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes(depends on wattage of microwave oven).

Set aside for 1 minute to cool.

Sprinkle some spring onions at the shorter end and roll these up from the short end.

Serve with a drizzle of soy sauce, the remaining sesame oil and some sesame seeds.

Hints & tips: Make sure to stir the contents well before scooping up the mixture into a microwavable container.

  • A drizzle Light soy sauce
