I am trying to loose weight and home made burgers with lean mince and a measured amount of cheese keeps a lid on things!
Finley chop or grate 1 red onion,
Crush 2 cloves of garlic,
Salt & pepper,
Splash of Worcestershire sauce,
4 baby bells (any type),
1 egg yolk,
place mince in a bowl and add the grated/chopped onion, Garlic, salt & pepper and some splashes of Worcestershire sauce (to taste). Get your hands in and give it a good mix together, add one egg yolk to bind together and mix well again. Open the baby bells and one by one mould the mince mix round an individual baby bell piece and shape like a burger. Do this 4 times and you have 4 gooey cheese burgers.
Get your hands in to best mix, mould and shape. Worcestershire sauce is added to taste
Make sure the onion is REALLY fine so it doesn‘t stop the mince/egg from binging and holding together.
