I use this recipe all the time while trying to slim. I love cheese and pizza. this is such an easy recipe and satisfies my need to slim and my favorite foods at the same time.
first take your WW bread and toast. While this is toasting rip up your mozzarella, basil leaves and slice your mushrooms.
once the bread is toasted spread on your tomato puree and add your low fat mozzarella along with your basil leaves and your sliced mushrooms.
Place under the grill until the mozzarella is nicely melted. serve with a fresh green salad for a light, healthy lunch.
