Heat the Fry Lite in a wok and cook the mushrooms.
Add the onion and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add the curry powder, chilli powder, fresh chillies, and 5 spice.
Fry the onion mushrooms chillies and spices until soft, stirring continuously.
Add the Tesco Healthy Eating sauce, stir in and warm through for 3 minutes
Add the beansprouts and cook for a further 3 minutes before finally adding the prawns. Cook through for 1 1/2 minutes before serving.
Add the prawns 90 seconds before serving and stir through

Very low fat ideal for Weight Watchers!



You dont specifically have to use king prawns, value cooked chicken can be added. If you would prefer. this dish can also be served with microwave rice.
