Flake mackerel and add to cream cheese. Mix together.
Take one sheet filo. Paint round the edges with the oil. Put a spoonful of fish mix 1cm in from a corner . Fold the pastry in half , sealing the edges and then fold corner to middle forming triangle. Continue folding till a triangular parcel is made.
Repeat above till fish mix is used up.
With pastry brush paint top of parcels with oil.
Put in oven at 200C till golden.
