Pre heat the oven to 200°C. Place the chicken drumsticks into a roasting dish.
In a bowl mix together the Cola, soy sauce and brown sugar. Pour the mixture over the drumsticks ensuring the chicken is well coated.
Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic to the dish and cover with tin foil. Place the dish into the pre heated oven and bake for 1.5 hours.
Once cooked, remove the drumsticks from the dish and set to one side.
Spoon the cooking juices into a saucepan, add the cornflour and heat gently until the sauce starts to thicken.
Place the drumsticks back into the dish and spoon over the sauce. Garnish with chopped onion.
