This recipe was given to me by my leader at Slimming World.It aids weight loss and keeps you full all morning
Layer the porridge oats with the berries and yoghurt and place in a glass tumbler so the layers can be seen
Cover and place in fridge overnight
In the morning the yoghurt will have soaked into the oats and the juices from the berries will have been absorbed
Eat and enjoy your healthy breakfast !
More fruit can be added in the morning if desired
