I discovered this by accident. I had made a pavlova for a party, a friend suggested putting maltesers on my pavlova.
I had a little disaster as the meringue was very soft. I decided to break up the meringue to make Eton Mess style pudding. I thought it w
Put meringue nests in a sealed bag and roughly break up into bite size pieces.
Do the same with the maltesers.
Pour cream into a bowl and whip until it forms peaks.
Add meringue and maltesers just before serving.
Crumble the Cadbury flake on the top.
Adding the meringue and maltesers just before serving keeps them crunchy! Yummy x
