Peel and chop the mango into small chunks and place into your serving dish.

Put yogurt, granola and brown sugar in blender and blitz for 20 seconds whilst pouring in the maple syrup. Pour over the mango chunks and add quartered strawberries to the top.

  • 1 ripe mango
  • ½tbsp brown sugar
  • 2tbsp granola
  • ½tbsp maple syrup
