Ingredients

  • 2 limes​
  • 4 tbsp white sugar​
  • 2 fresh passion fruit​
  • 120ml Smirnoff Mango and Passionfruit Vodka Twist​
  • 180-200ml soda water​
  • crushed ice, to serve

Method

  1. ​Cut the limes into 1cm cubes and place in the base of a cocktail shaker. Sprinkle over the sugar, and using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon, bash the sugar into the lime for about 1 min, to release the juices and crush the sugar.​ 
  2. Slice two rings from each passionfruit and reserve for later, then scoop out the inside of the passion fruit and add to the cocktail shaker.​ 
  3. Add a handful of crushed ice, the Smirnoff Mango and Passionfruit Vodka Twist and shake well for 30 secs to combine.​ 
  4. Pour into two glasses and add more crushed ice. Add in soda water to taste, and top each with two passionfruit rings to serve.
