Stand the mango on its tip and cut off one side of the flesh.

Make horizontal and vertical cuts in the mango flesh, but don't cut through the skin. Push skin up, making a hedgehog effect, and cut off diced fruit.

Blend the mango with a food processor or hand blender until smooth.
