Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/gas 5 and place 12 muffin cases in a muffin tin.
In a large bowl blend the sugar, honey, butter, eggs and milk. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and add to the egg mixture.
Stir until just combined and then stir in the granola. Divide the batter between the muffin cases, bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked and a skewer comes out cleanly. Serve hot or cold.
