Marshmallow and chocolate profiteroles recipe

Defrost the profiteroles according to the packet instructions. Divide the pink and white marshmallows between two microwavable bowls. Put one bowl in the microwave and heat for 45 seconds (watch it carefully as it will puff up). Give the melted mixture a good stir and then, working quickly so the marshmallow doesn’t set, spoon a little onto half of the profiteroles and smooth the surface.

If the mixture becomes too hard to spread, return the bowl to the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining bowl of marshmallow, until all the profiteroles are covered. Leave to set for 10 minutes.

Drizzle the supplied sachet of chocolate sauce over the profiteroles to serve.
