Melt together the dark chocolate and butter.
Fold in nuts, raisins and mini marshmallows until lightly coated.
Transfer to a small, square tin and chill until firm.
Drizzle over the melted white chocolate and scatter on the almonds. Return to the fridge to chill, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

  • 25g (1oz) - butter
  • 125g (4½ oz) - deluxe dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 25g (1oz) - unsalted peanuts (alternatively brazil nuts or whole hazelnuts)
  • 25g (1oz) - raisins or currants
  • 50g (2oz) - marshmallows
  • 75g (3oz) - white chocolate, melted
  • 25g (1oz) - roasted flaked almonds
