Preheat the oven to gas 7, 220˚C, fan 200˚C. Put the bacon on a nonstick baking tray and cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut 1 ciabatta into chunks and mix in a bowl with 1 tsp chilli flakes and 1 tsp dried oregano. Add to the tray with the bacon and cook for 8 minutes more until everything is crisp.
Make a salad by combining the lettuce, olives, cucumber, baby plum tomatoes, and peppers in a bowl.
For the dressing, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, with the lemon and garlic, until combined. To serve, toss the ciabatta and bacon through the salad and pour over the dressing.
