Ingredients

  • 250g Rachel’s organic greek style ginger yogurt
  • 200g galia melon or cantaloupe melon
  • 1 lime juice
  • 50ml apple juice
  • Sprinkle of ground ginger

Method

First, deseed and remove the skin of your melon and then cut it into small chunks.

Add the chunks to the blender with the remaining ingredients and blitz on pulse speed until smooth.

Pour into two tall glasses and sprinkle with a light dusting of ground ginger.
