Whisk egg whites until firm adding sugar one tbs at a time whisking until mixture forms peaks.Line a baking tray with baking paper and smooth mixture over put into oven on low setting gas mk 2 or electric 75 for about 2 hours or until crisp on top.Leave to cool in oven with door open, while cooling chop Tesco summer fruits delicious Strawberries, Blueberries , Raspberries. When Meringue has cooled open pot of Tesco creme fraiche and mix with fruits and meringue,saving a few blueberries to decorate top....A slightly healthier take on Eton Mess , made even healthier by adding more fruit!!!
