Heat the oil on a large pan and stir fry the peppers and onion for 5 minutes, add the steak strips, kidney beans and sauce and salsa then heat through for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
Pile onto a warmed serving platter. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas. Wrap in foil and warm through in a medium oven 350°F /180°C/Gas 4 for 10 minutes.
To serve take a warmed tortilla, spoon some of the Quorn steak strips and pepper mixture into the centre, top with a spoonful of guacamole, a generous dollop of soured cream and a few coriander leaves. Roll up as tightly as you can.
