Combine the pizza base ingredients in a food processor and whizz together until a dough has formed. On a lightly floured work surface roll out the dough. Using a 10cm / 4inch cutter make round templates.
Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 425°F/ Gas mark 7.
Spread the base with pesto sauce. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and grated mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy. To serve the Denise Phillips way garnish with sprigs of fresh basil.
