mini marmite balls recipe

I've been making these for my parties for years & i find they are really popular with the kids & grown ups alike.

snip off the end of each sausage and squezze out the sausage meat into a bowl.

add the marmite & sage and rub together until teh mix is well combined.

take a small amount of the mix & roll into a ball, you should get about 16.

heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausage ball until lightly golden coloured.

remove from the pan and let them cool a little

meanwhile take a cherry tomatoes and stick it onto a cocktail stick.

then take a piece of letuce roughly screw into a ball and thread onto the cocktail stick next to the cherry tomato

then finish the stick by adding the mini marmite meatball on the end.

repeat steps 6, 7 & 8 until all the sticks are full.

stack onto a plate & serve

you can add more or less marmite depending on your personal taste.
