If you have a “George Forman grill”, you can use that, otherwise your grill or a griddle pan will do.
Preheat oven Gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C and grill or griddle to high.
Put chipped potatoes in oven.
Prepare meat. The liver is to be fried separately.
Different meats need different cooking times, so put a heat-proof plate ready in the oven for items which are cooked.
Lamb chops: 12-15 minutes
Chicken: 15 minutes
Gammon steaks: 10-15 minutes
Sausages: 10-15 minutes
Beef steak: 5 -15 minutes depending on thickness and how well done you want it done.
If using a George Forman grill, refer to the instruction booklet for recommended cooking times.

Fry tomatoes onions and mushrooms.
Put peas in microwave to cook as per packet instructions.
Toss liver in a mix of flour and sweet paprika then add it to the frying pan with the tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.
When everything is cooked, arrange on warmed serving plates.
