Monster meringues recipe

Place one meringue nest on a plate.

Top the meringue with 2-3 spoonfuls of mousse and place on top of this a few blueberries and fruit slices. Place on top another meringue and repeat until you have used 3 meringues for your monster.

Cut the ends of the sweet sticks to create monster fingers and push into the stack half way up to create arms.

Before placing the top layer make the face – carefully push liquorice sweets onto cocktail sticks and push into meringue. Make the mouth by cutting a slit in the sweet stick to make the lips and mouth. Insert teeth shaped liquorice or blueberries inside the lips. Place on top to complete the monster.
