Put everything except the mince into a small food chopper and pulverise to a paste. Add the paste to the mince and mix together well. Form into walnut sized balls and fry in a little oil until cooked through. Serve with tagliatelle and a tomato based pasta sauce.
These can be cooked really quickly in a microwave. They won‘t be as attractive in colour as they are when fried, but they‘ll be healthier and once covered with sauce, no one will notice. Just put them in a microwaveable dish and cover with cling film then cook on high for 4 minutes, turning halfway through.
