In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, a large pinch of the cinnamon and some seasoning until smooth. Combine the orange segments, sliced radish and olives in mixing bowl. Dress with the orange and olive oil dressing, tossing well to coat as evenly as possible.
Spoon into serving bowls and garnish with a few mint leaves. Sprinkle over a little more ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
