Mix the flour and yeast together in a a large bowl.
Mix the water, honey and melted butter together in a large jug. Add the honey mixture to the flour and mix well.
If mixing by hand, transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Alternatively use a mixer with a dough hook and mix for about 3-4 minutes.
Leave in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth and leave for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 200°C, Gas mark 6.
Knead the dough lightly and roll into a loaf shape, put into the loaf tin with the seam side down. Place in oven for about 40 minutes.
Put on a wire rack to cool and serve when ready.
