Sieve the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl and then add the sweetener. Whisk it all together with the yogurt, milk and the egg. Pour the mixture into a bowl and beat it to form a thick batter, before folding in the blueberries.
Heat a large non-stick pan and spray it with Frylight. Then drop 3 tablespoons of the mixture into the pan, leaving some space between them, so that they can spread. Cook them over a medium heat for 2 minutes or until the surface begins to bubble. Then, carefully turn the pancakes over to cook for a further 2 minutes.
Keep all of the pancakes warm while cooking the rest of the pancakes and spray the pan before each new batch. Serve with extra Müllerlight Toffee yogurt.
