Turn oven on at Gas 3, 170°C, fan 150°C.
Brown the sausages in a hot frying pan with a little oil.
Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into 2.5cm (1in) cubes.
Simply add the Mulligatawny soup, baked beans and frozen peas.
Place in the middle of the hot oven and cook for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste and season before serving with thick sliced breadÃ¢â‚¬Â¦ delicious.
Try with chicken.
