its easy fast and tasty!
peel the onion in small cubes, cut the parsley
whipe the mushrooms clean with a towel.
put the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes on high heat, put the onion in the pan and fry in for one minute
put the parsely in it and put some pepper on it put the knorr stock in it and the wine and cook it. wisk the creme fraiche in it and your done.
nice with rice and brocoli
