I used to make this for my children and then used to argue over who had the most melted cheese pasta spirals, a great fulfilling meal.
Place pasta spirals in slightly salted boiling water. Rince baby spinach, slice red/yellow peppers. Place these into the pan with the pasta for the final 5 minutes. Drain and place in a large oven dish. Grate over the full 250g Medium Cheddar, sprinkle on Black Pepper. Cover the dish with a sheet of foil and place in the over for 10 minutes, removing and stirring after 5 minutes. Serve with warm buttered crusty bread.
