Heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Grease a pie dish.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl or large jug. Add the honey and whisk until combined. Pour the milk, cream and flour into the egg mix and whisk until smooth again.
Slowly pour this into the pie dish and then and lay sliced nectarines evenly into the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until set.
