No Cook Angel Delight Cake recipe

This was one of the first things I learnt to make in cookery lessons at secondary school.Kids love it & so does my hubby.

Line a 9“ tin with kitchen foil. Put butter or marg in a large bowl. Melt in microwave for 30 seconds.

Crush biscuits into crumbs. Add to melted butter & mix well. Put into tin & press down with a spoon. Put in freezer for 10 minutes.

Make Angel Delight according to packet. Take out tin from freezer. Spread Angel Delight over the biscuit base. Put in fridge for 5 minutes.

Just before serving either crumble Flake over the top or put sliced banana on the top. Enjoy!!

Put biscuits in a bag & crush them with a rolling pin. Use other toppings for eg: different fruits,smarties, chocolate chips or hundreds & thousands.
