Chop onions in to small dice fry in a very small ammout on olive oil

add the mince to the onions and fry until browned

Chop the garlic and add to the pan fry for 5 mins

add the tomatoes and the mixed veg the pan

Place the noodes in to a pan of boiling salted water and cook until soft

make up the cheese sauce as directed

in a large oven dish put a layer if noodles then a layer of the meat and then a layer of the cheese repeat this step until the meat and noodles are used up

on the top sprinkle some of the cheese then pour over the cheese sauce and top with the crushed crisps

place tin foil lid on the oven dish and cook at 180.C for 15 mins then remove the tin foil snf cook for a further 15 mins

  • 2 bags of plain crisps (Crushed)
  • 1 Packet cheese sauce
  • 200g grated cheddar cheese
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
