When frying onions don't allow to brown!
Cut up the small potatoes, and chop onion, fry lightly until soft. Add white wine, with stock and leave to simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour into pan with vegetables, leave to boil for 15 minutes.
Add the soft cream cheese, (plain or herbed), liquidise. Add salt and pepper and serve.
For colour, try using a sprig of parsley.
