Note: I got to try Bioglan's Raw Cacao and Chia & Flax seed mix for free, courtesy of Tesco and Bioglan, as I am a member of ‘The Orchard’.
Combine all the ingredients (except the ingredients used as 'coating' if using) in a food processor until blended together. Form into conker-sized balls.
If needed, chill them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
You can then roll them in shredded coconut or chopped nuts for a coating if desired, for extra flavour and texture.
Delicious on their own as a raw, rich, healthy, chocolatey treat!
