One of my favourite meals from uni days - cheap, quick and delicious!
Cook spagetthi for around 10-11 mins. Drain
Chop up one onion and 1 garlic clove and fry in olive oil until onions are translucent.
Add can of tomatoes, and basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. A dash of Worcestshire sauce adds a kick.
Add one large tablespoonful of crunchy peanut butterand stir
Add sauce to pan of drained spagetthi, mix together and serve.
Grated parmesan or romano cheese adds a nice finishing touch.
