Great for slimming world

Mix porridge into yoghurt

Whisk in 2 eggs

Heat frying pan and add small spoonfuls of the mixture

Turn pancakes and cook the other side

Serve with fruit

Place the mixture in the fridge overnight after step 1 if you have time. Add eggs in the morning before cooking.

  • 2 eggs

  • handful strawberries
  • handful raspberries
  • half banana
