Old El Paso smoky BBQ soft tacos recipe

Old El Paso™ Smoky BBQ Soft Tacos are packed with delicious BBQ minced beef and fresh veg. Making them perfect for a beautiful date or a family feast. Try also adding diced onions, avocado and cream cheese.

Add a splash of oil to a hot pan and starting browning the minced beef. Drain off the excess liquid and sprinkle in the Smoky BBQ Seasoning Mix. Add 50ml of cold water to the pan. Let it boil and then stir it up. Reduce the heat to a simmer and leave it to sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the tacos from their packaging and heat them in a microwave on full power for 30 seconds or in a preheated oven at gas 3, 165°C, 150°C for 7-9 minutes. Once out, fill them with the cooked minced meat and top them with the tomatoes, lettuce, the Taco Salsa and some grated cheese – get stuck in!
