Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the cod for 10 mins, or until cooked through, turning halfway. Then flake and set aside
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large non-stick saucepan and add the onion, potato and leek. Cook for 4 mins, or until starting to soften.
Add the stock, boiling water and beans. Bring to the boil, then lower the heat to simmer for 10 mins, or until the vegetables are tender.
Tip half the vegetables and cooked cod into a food blender and pulse until smooth, return to pan and serve.
