Grill the bacon until crisp.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, tipping it to cover the base. Cook for 3-5 mins until just firm.
While the eggs are cooking, warm the wraps in the microwave for 20 seconds. Cut the omelette in half, top each wrap with half the omelette and a bacon slice. Roll up and serve.
