This meal was the first breakfast what I made and served to my "ex-boyfriend"... :)
Maybe this was the reason he later married me. <3
Chop the onion, beef tomato, red peppers and the slices of halloumi to little cubes.
Fry these chopped ingredients on oil in the pan till golden brown.
Mix the eggs with the salt and ground black pepper. Pour this mix carefully into the frying pan.
Mix them well, and leave till ready.
Let's play! :) Serve this great meal with cherry tomatoes, chives and parsley as you see in my picture.
You can add small cubes of bacon or ham to the eggs.
You can serve with grated cheese.
You can also add parsley to the eggs.
It can be delicious with garlic bread.
